Atlantic Books is an independent London-based publishing house that was founded in 2000. They publish a wide range of work including fiction, memoir, history and current affairs. Some of their biggest fiction successes include My Sister the Serial Killer, Call Me By Your Name, and Crazy Rich Asians. You can learn more about Atlantic Books track record here.
They are currently only open to submissions for their Atlantic Fiction imprint, and not for any of their other imprints, nonfiction or fiction.
Their Atlantic Fiction imprint only publishes literary fiction and they are not interested in any genres outside of literary fiction. You can get a better feel for what Atlantic Books as a whole publishes by going here, and scrolling down. But please only take only the fiction titles into consideration as they are not open to submissions outside of that. Please only submit if you feel like your work is a good fit.
This is what they say about submissions to this imprint: “We’re interested in complete novels, extensive partials or short stories. All submissions should come with a one line pitch and a one paragraph pitch, outlining the submission. We will not read anything outside the literary genre and we are unable to respond personally to every submission.”
