Five Journals Open to Submissions this January

All of these literary journals just re-opened to submissions on January 1st. As always, all of the literary journals do not have a reading fee. The literary journals are in no particular order.

Naugatuck River Review

This print journal focuses exclusively on publishing narrative poetry. Narrative poetry is poetry that tells a story or has a strong sense of story. You can get a feel for what they like to publish on their website. They are open to submissions till March 1st. You can learn more here.

SEVERINE

They are a print journal, seeking art, poetry, short fiction, and creative non-fiction. They are based out of the UK. They close to submissions on January 31st. You can learn more here.

Here Comes Everyone

Here Comes Everyone is a print magazine looking for submissions of poetry, short fiction, articles and artwork. They are currently seeking submissions for the theme CLASSIFIED. They close to submissions February 1st. To learn more go here.
