Jocelyn Jane Cox is the author of the award-winning memoir MOTION DAZZLE (Vine Leaves Press, 2025). She has taught memoir, nonfiction, and fiction classes and workshops at The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence, All Ways Writing Collective, Lafayette Writers’ Studio, Gotham Writers Workshop, and Big Red Books in Nyack, NY, among others. She also helps writers complete their manuscripts as a book coach. Her essays and humor pieces have appeared in publications like The New York Times, Slate, Boston Globe, Newsweek, The Offing, The Colorado Review, and Belladonna Comedy. Her nonfiction and fiction have been nominated for the Pushcart Prize. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College. Learn more on her website.
