How to Add a Document to a Discussion

This will show you how to add a document to a discussion on Thinkific. This is helpful if you want to post a writing sample, or share work with the other students.

1. Start a new discussion. See: How to Start a Discussion on Thinkific

2. Before you reach the last step, attach the document to the post. To do that, click the button that looks like a small piece of paper.

3. After you click that button, click where it says “Drop File (or click)”.

4. Browse to the file you would like to attach, then press the “open” button.

5. Continue writing the post, then click the “Create” button at the bottom of the post creation form.
