Harvard University’s award-winning online literary journal, Tuesday Magazine, is seeking fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and visual art. They spotlight original, of-the-moment voices from around the globe.
Founded in 2004 by Harvard University undergraduates, Tuesday Magazine is well-established and respected. Their fresh, minimalist aesthetic couples world-class artwork with premier literature. You can get a sense of their style by reading the journal online. Published twice a year online, Tuesday Magazine showcases the work of around thirty authors and artists each spring and fall.
Right now through March 15th, they are seeking submissions for their fall 2020 edition. Tuesday Magazine accepts short fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry of any length. Visual artists may submit photographs, drawings, paintings, and film stills. There is no limit to the number of pieces an author or artist may submit, and authors may submit work in multiple genres. Staff editors edit all work before publication. Authors do not need to be affiliated with Harvard University to submit. Submitting authors affiliated with Harvard University will be evaluated anonymously.
Tuesday Magazine accepts submissions via email, not through an online submission manager or by post. They accept simultaneous submissions, but they do not accept previously published work.
