époque press is an independent publisher based between Brighton, Dublin and New York. They publish literary fiction, and only literary fiction, but it can be novel length or in short story format. They published their first volume in 2018.
They also run an online é-zine. So if you want to test the waters before submitting to the press as a whole that can be a good place to start.
You can learn more about the é-zine here and you can read it here and get a better feel for what they are interested in. Their issues are generally published around a theme.
You must follow their submission guidelines or your submission will be filtered out. You can learn more about their submission guidelines here.
They ask that you submit your full manuscript plus a one page synopsis.
Only submit if your work is polished, has been thoroughly edited, and is a good fit. It’s easy to get a feel for what they publish by visiting their booklist here.
It’s hard to get a feel for their current distribution. I suspect it is limited because no distributor is listed on the site. But their covers are good, as are their blurbs, and some of their books have been reviewed by respected publications.
