Page & Vine: Seeking Manuscript Queries

Founded in 2022, Page & Vine describes themselves as a “boutique romance imprint” (although, honestly they do not appear to be an imprint, but their own independent company). They specialize in “bringing BookTok and social trending titles to bookshelves internationally.” They were founded by #1 NYT bestselling author Meredith Wild.

They are distributed by Simon & Schuster in the US and Australia, and with Melia in the UK. You can learn more about them and see their masthead here. You can see the books they’ve published here.

They are currently open to submissions in the following subgenres of romance: contemporary / romcom / romantasy / horror romance / small town / clean & wholesome.

They will NOT consider: fantasy / sci-fi / YA / 5+ book series.

They do not specify that they will only work with self-published authors, or those that already have a following on BookTok, but they do say that along with the book summaries you should include “sales and author stats, and specifying interest in full rights/print only.”

Obviously their focus is very different from publishers who do not want previously published work.

Unlike a lot of other BookTok/influencer-founded presses, they haven’t received that much press and I had a hard time finding out very much about them outside their site.
